DAY 1

From Japan to Vietnam

Departs from Narita, Kansai, Chubu, and Fukuoka. Upon arrival, a Japanese guide will pick you up and take you to your hotel. After checking in, you are free to roam.

Choice of experiences and free time

In the morning or afternoon, if you wish, you can go to hands-on workshops such as cooking and coffee. Please let us know your preferred time in the form. Other times and those who do not participate are free to do so.

Hotel stay/classes are included in the travel fee and must be arranged.
DAY 3

Do what you want until departure

After checking out, free time. Go to the airport with a Japanese guide at the designated time. Depart for Japan on a late-night flight.

Overnight stay/late check-out will be discussed separately.
DAY 4

Arrival in Japan

Disbanded after arriving in Japan. Flights and times vary depending on the airline and departure airport.

Flight, time, and meal conditions will be informed at the time of formal quotation. Requests are accepted in the morning and afternoon. Depending on the date and time of the event and availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request, and the class will adjust its schedule accordingly. If you wish to extend your stay, a separate itinerary will be made.

Frequently asked questions

Will a tour conductor accompany me?

A tour conductor from Japan will not accompany you. A local staff member will guide you, and a Japanese guide will be provided for round-trip transportation to the airport.

Which airport can I depart from?

Narita, Kansai, Chubu, and Fukuoka. All four airports have the same basic travel fee. Flight dates and transit points will be confirmed based on the airline and departure date.

Is it necessary to participate in the hands-on workshop?

The hands-on workshop is included in the trip price. In case of non-participation, 5,000 yen will be discounted per person. The total amount will be reflected in the total travel fee according to the number of participants in the form. The type of class, date, language, and participation conditions will be confirmed at the time of application.

What is the price and number of participants for the hands-on workshop?

The hands-on workshop is included in the displayed tour price. Tours are available for a minimum of 2 people. If there is a minimum number of students or accommodation conditions specific to each class, we will check with you individually.

Are fuel surcharges and airport taxes separate?

Both are included in the basic travel fee.

Can I change my hotel/airline or extend my stay?

Yes. The travel price shown includes 2 nights at the hotel and a hands-on workshop. Extra stays, single rooms, and busy periods are subject to separate estimates.

Will the form contents be included in the email?

Departure date, airport, airline, hotel, number of people, experience preference, morning/afternoon preference, extension stay preference, and price breakdown will be reflected in the email body. Please send from your email app. This form alone does not confirm your reservation.
