From each airport in Japan, take Vietjet Air (Vietnam Airlines plan is also available) to Hanoi. After arriving at Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, you will be met by a local Japanese guide and taken to your hotel in a vehicle for tour participants. After arriving at the hotel, have free time. To the world heritage site Ha Long Bay. A day on a day cruise.

DAY03

Free time walking around Hanoi → Night, Noi Bai Airport

Both the lakeside and the old town. Today is Hanoi time.

After breakfast, free time until departure. Enjoy walking, cafes and shopping around Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. Please eat lunch and dinner on your own.

Hotels usually check out on time. If you wish to check out late, you can stay in your room until 18:00 for an additional fee (arranged after confirming availability). In the evening, from the designated meeting point, head to Noi Bai Airport by vehicle with a local Japanese guide and proceed to the procedures for your return flight. We will inform you of the meeting place and time in advance.

Will you be staying overnight in Halong Bay?

Halong Bay is a day trip on the second day. After the cruise, you will return to Hanoi and stay at the same hotel as the day before. There is no overnight stay on the ship.

What can I do during my free time on the third day?

Enjoy walking, cafes and shopping around the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake on your own. Vehicles and staff accompanying you during your free time, facility entrance fees, food and beverage costs, etc. are not included. We will inform you of the meeting place and time for airport transfer.

Will a tour conductor accompany me from Japan?

A tour conductor will not accompany you. A local Japanese guide will pick you up at the airport, take you on a day trip, and see you off when you return home. Local contact and guidance details will be provided to you prior to departure.

How many meals are included?

2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and no dinner. Lunch is scheduled for the second day during Halong Bay sightseeing. Lunch on the third day, dinner on each day, drinks and other personal expenses are not included.

The price of the changed hotel is the difference from the price when two people occupy one room. Sharing a room is not possible. The basic stay is 2 nights. On the third day, you will check out from the hotel at the designated time, and then have free time to explore the city. You can use the form to select L/C (late check-out), which allows you to use your room until 18:00. The price per person for two people in one room is 2,500 yen for the basic hotel, 7,000 yen for the classic, 4,750 yen for the solar, 19,250 yen for the Capella, 6,000 yen for the May de Ville, and 6,750 yen for the Oriental Jade. The price for a single room is double that: basic hotel 5,000 yen, classic 14,000 yen, solar 9,500 yen, Capella 38,500 yen, May de Ville Crown 12,000 yen, Oriental Jade 13,500 yen (one charge on the last day). Single-person participation will be calculated based on the single room rate. The amount will be totaled according to the combination of rooms and will be added separately from the 1.8x travel fee. Are there any changes to the cruise content or weather?

We are planning a day cruise. The ship name, departure port, route, boarding time, sightseeing locations, and included entrance fees will be announced in the final plan. Routes may be changed or canceled due to weather or port authority decisions. The travel agency will inform you about alternative details and payment conditions.

Can I change airlines or extend my stay? Why 2 nights and 4 days?

It is possible to change airlines, extend your stay, and change hotels. The travel cost is 140,000 yen for Vietjet Air and 170,000 yen for Vietnam Airlines (2 nights, 4 days, 2 people in 1 room, per person, fuel surcharge and airport taxes included). Additional hotel charges will be added for the changed hotels listed. A separate estimate will be provided for extending your stay or changing to a hotel other than those listed. We plan to spend two nights at a hotel in Hanoi and one night on the flight home, leaving Hanoi after midnight on the fourth day and arriving in Japan on the same day. The time and schedule will be adjusted depending on the flight being operated.
