Overview of Hue Royal Palace
Architectural beauty left behind by the last dynasty
Registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993
Hue, an ancient capital in central Vietnam, was the capital of the Nguyen Dynasty, the last dynasty that lasted from 1802 to 1945. Inside the castle wall built along the Xiangjiang River, there was a royal palace where the emperor conducted government affairs and ceremonies, and a living space for the imperial family, and it developed as a center of politics, culture, and religion. The main gate of the Royal Palace, the Meridian Gate, is an impressive building with a multi-layered roof. Harmony with the surrounding mountains and rivers was considered important in the layout of buildings, and the imperial mausoleums of successive emperors were also built outside the capital. Although some buildings were lost due to wars and other causes, restoration and preservation efforts are underway. In 1993, the Hue Monuments, including the Royal Palace and the Imperial Mausoleum, were registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. By visiting the imperial mausoleum, which has a different style from the royal palace, you can experience the aesthetic sense and history of the dynasty.

The food culture of the ancient capital of Hue is alive with the beauty of presentation that was refined in the royal court and the simple flavors that were loved by the common people. The signature Bun Bo Hue is rice noodles with beef flavored with lemongrass. Banh Nam is made by combining rice flour batter with shrimp and pork, wrapping it in banana leaves and steaming it, and it has a soft texture. Aromatically grilled banh koai is a small okonomiyaki-style dish that wraps shrimp, meat, and vegetables. Nem Rui, a skewer of minced pork, is enjoyed wrapped in rice paper with herbs and served with sauce. Part of the fun of visiting Hue is tasting the different colors, aromas, and textures. After the morning's sightseeing, take a break with a local cuisine lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your free time as you like, such as walking around town or visiting a cafe.

How do I get from Japan to Hue?
Transfer to a domestic flight in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and head to Hue Airport. Transfer locations, flight numbers, and departure/arrival times will be provided according to the departure airport and travel date.
Have you decided on the flight number and time for 2027?
On the first day of the itinerary, flight numbers, departure and arrival times, and connection times for the winter and summer schedules are listed as a reference example. The same flight may not be available every day. When making your reservation, we will check the airline's transfer conditions, round-trip connections, and seat availability, and provide you with the official 2-night, 4-day itinerary.
What time will you leave on the second day?
After breakfast, we will depart from the hotel at around 8:00 and will visit the Morning Gate, Thu Duc Temple, and Kai Dinh Temple in the morning. At around 12:00, you will have lunch with Hue's famous dishes, and after returning to the hotel, you will have free time from around 13:00 to 13:30. Times are approximate and may be adjusted depending on local circumstances.
How many meals are included?
Includes 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch (Hue specialty food on the second day), but does not include dinner. Royal palace cuisine and royal costume experience are free time reference options and are an additional charge. Please pay separately for drinks at meals and food and drinks during free time.
Can I change my hotel or airline?
Can be changed. The rate is the same for all three 3☆ hotels, an additional 7,000 yen per person to change to 4 ☆, and an additional 10,000 yen per person for 5 ☆ (both for 2 nights). Changing to Vietnam Airlines costs +30,000 yen. Selecting a hotel/airline will be reflected in the total and breakdown. You can also discuss extending your stay.
Can I choose my single room and bed type?
You can choose a single room, twin bed, or double bed using the form. We do not accept shared rooms. Odd number of people will be required to pay an additional charge for at least one single room. Bed type is subject to availability.
Do you have Japanese guidance and transportation?
A local Japanese staff member will provide pick-up and drop-off at Hue Airport and guide you through the sightseeing listed in the itinerary. A tour conductor will not accompany you. Vehicles and guides accompanying you during free movement are not included.
When will I receive proof of student discount?
Please attach an ID photo showing your attendance at the nursery school or school to the email you received when making the reservation. It cannot be applied if it is not attached at the time of reservation. 3,000 yen discount per eligible person, valid until September 30, 2027.
Will submitting the form confirm my reservation?

How to send photos of passports, student IDs, etc.
Photos such as passport copies and student ID cards,Please attach it to your email and send it to us.Passport copies can be attached to reservation emails or replies to information emails from travel agencies. Please be sure to attach the ID photo required for the student discount to the email when making your reservation.
- Please take a photo of the page that shows your face photo and name on your passport, and the side that shows your name and enrollment on your student ID card, certificate of enrollment, etc.
- In the email bodyParticipant name, course name, departure dateand attach a photo. If the departure date is not yet determined, please write "Undecided."
- Please check the address and attached photo before sending. If there are multiple participants, please let us know so that we know whose document it is.
Photos will not be automatically attached from the reservation/inquiry form. Please attach it yourself using your email software. Student discounts will be confirmed after confirming proof of enrollment.
Student discount expiration date: Until September 30, 2027.
If you do not attach a photo of your student ID or other ID at the time of reservation, the student discount cannot be applied.
