DAY01
From Japan to Hanoi. After arriving, take a short break at the hotel.

To the world heritage sea. Board the ship around noon and spend the night on the ship.
- BreakfastBreakfast at the hotel. Around 8 o'clock, we will head to the boarding port with all the tour participants.
- Around noonBoard the Athena. A Japanese-speaking guide will guide you until boarding, after which you will be handed over to the ship's English-speaking staff.
- AfternoonAfter lunch on board, enjoy the cruise. You can participate in cave/island tours and activities according to each ship's program.

Enjoy the morning cruise and head to the airport after disembarking.
- Morning to morningA light breakfast will be served on board at around 07:00 and a brunch buffet will be served at around 09:30. Both are included in the travel fee. Enjoy each ship's program while watching the morning sea.
- Morning to noonCheck out the cabin and disembark. Meet up with local staff.
- After disembarkingWe went to Hanoi Noi Bai Airport by car with all the tour participants. A local Japanese speaking representative will see you off at the airport.
- Until departurePlease spend your time at the airport. Dinner will be on your own. Due to late night flights, waiting time at the airport may be longer.
Port of Embarkation → Noi Bai Airport: Approximately 170-200km one way/Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours 30 minutes by car. It varies depending on the port used, breaks, and traffic conditions.
Hanoi city sightseeing and rest hotels after disembarking are not included in the basic itinerary. If you wish, we will provide you with a separate quote based on your flight time. DAY04
Departed after midnight. Early on the same day, I headed to Japan.
Departed for Japan from Hanoi Noi Bai Airport after midnight when the date changed. Scheduled to arrive at Narita, Kansai, Chubu, and Fukuoka airports early on the same day. After arrival, the group will be disbanded.
The return flight is modeled assuming the above time period. We will inform you of the confirmed flight number and departure/arrival time before making your reservation. The availability of in-flight meals varies depending on the airline used and fare conditions.

WELCOME TO VIETNAM
From the airport to the boat trip.
We will welcome you in Japanese.
At the arrival lobby, you will be welcomed by a local Japanese staff member holding an information board with the Southern Breeze logo. Transportation to the hotel and port will be with all guests participating in the tour.
Normally we use a 7-seater vehicle, but if there are many participants, we use a 16-seater vehicle. We will arrange a vehicle taking into account the seats for the driver and attendant and the amount of luggage.

Hotel grades are determined by checking each hotel's facilities, services, etc., and are based on "our standards."
The first night will be at a basic hotel in Hanoi. Please let us know your preferred hotel using the form. The second night, you will stay in a cabin on the Athena.
We are planning to arrange 5 basic hotels at the same rate. We will respond to your room and bed type requests after checking room availability. A separate estimate will be provided for hotel changes and extended stays.

If you are applying for 2 or more people and would like a single room only at the hotel, an additional 5,000 yen per person (for 1 night at the hotel) will be charged. If there is no selection, select "No" to proceed. Sharing a room is not possible. If you have an odd number of 3 or more people, or if you are applying for 2 or more people and want to use the cabin alone, we will inform you after confirming the room allocation and additional charges for the ship.

Is this a tour where we stay on a boat for both nights?
The first night will be at a hotel in Hanoi, and the second night will be on a cruise ship. Accommodation on the ship is 1 night and 2 days, and the journey to and from Japan will be 2 nights and 4 days.
Will the Japanese guide also stay on the ship?
This course does not include a Japanese guide on board. A Japanese-speaking guide will guide you until boarding, and the ship's English-speaking staff will take care of you after boarding.
Where can I be sent on the third day?
After disembarking, you will be transferred to Noi Bai Airport. A local Japanese language representative will see you off. Waiting time at the airport may be longer due to late night flights. Please contact us separately regarding hotels for rest.
Is the itinerary the same even if the ship is different?
The 4-day flow to and from Japan is the same. Overnight stay in Hanoi on the 1st day, boarding and overnight stay on the ship on the 2nd day, disembarking the ship and going to the airport on the 3rd day, and arriving in Japan on the 4th day. Routes within the bay and places to visit vary depending on each ship.
Can I choose twin bed or double bed?
You can select your hotel and cabin preferences using the form. We will accept your request and respond after checking the room category and availability.
Can I change my room/hotel/extend my stay?
If you are applying for 2 or more people and would like a single room at the hotel, an additional 5,000 yen per person will be charged. Please select "Yes" on the form and specify the number of people you would like to attend. If there is no selection, select "No" to proceed. If you are applying for 2 or more people, a separate estimate will be provided for single occupancy of the cabin, hotel change, guest room change, and extended stay. For 1 person participating, the cost is 1.8 times (rounded to the nearest 1,000 yen) the travel fee for 2 people on the selected airline/ship. This includes single occupancy of hotels and standard cabins, and single room charges will not be added. Additional arrangements will be made separately, and student discounts will be reflected after calculation. The minimum number of participants for the entire tour is 2 people. We do not accept shared rooms.
Are onboard meals and activities included?
Includes regular meals and programs for the selected cruise. Paid services such as drinks and spa services and some activities are charged separately. The included range will be announced in the final plan.
Will my reservation be confirmed if I send the form?
Organize your wishes in the form and create the email body. Please send from your own email software. After the travel agency informs you of available seats, rooms, and final price, you can apply by following the prescribed procedures.
