Welcome to Vietnam. Your journey begins when you are picked up at the airport.
We met up with the local Japanese language staff and headed to the mountain village. In the private car/Japanese language attendant course, we will accompany you until you see us off when you return home.

Can even one person apply?＋
We accept applications from 1 person for the 6 courses, which are accompanied by a private vehicle and a Japanese speaking staff, but 4 or more people are required to participate in the entire tour. We do not accept shared rooms, and an additional fee will be charged for a single room. For odd numbers of people, at least one additional person is required. Please contact us for the conditions of Mapilen.

Application fee/remaining payment
The application fee is 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, or 50,000 yen depending on the travel cost for one person including adults, children, and infants. Please pay the remaining balance by the method provided at least 22 days before your departure date from Japan. Full payment is required for applications made within 22 days of departure.
You can check the estimated payment amount and payment deadline on the reservation form for each course. A travel contract is concluded when the travel agency accepts your application and receives the required payment amount.
The application fee is 20,000 yen if the travel cost for one person is less than 150,000 yen, 30,000 yen for 150,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen, and 50,000 yen for 300,000 yen or more (maximum travel cost for each person). Please submit the application form and make payment within 3 days from the day after the notification of reservation acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days before departure (display deadline is 22 days before departure). For applications near departure, please pay the full amount by the deadline specified by the company before departure.
