From Hanoi to the northwest. Based in Sapa, which is surrounded by mountains, we will visit Muong Hoa Valley with its rice terraces and ethnic minority villages. When you get out of the car and walk along the path, the fields, eaves, and handiwork on the cloth will become the scenery of your trip.
The Hmong people of Lao Chai, the Dhai people of Tavan, and the Red Dao people of Ta Huin. You will spend time learning about each country's lifestyle and culture with the guidance of a local Japanese language staff.
A village is a place where people live. Tours of the inside of the house and handicrafts are subject to availability. We do not guarantee festivals, specific costumes, or the green, mirrored, or golden color of the rice terraces.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Tafin village by private car.1 hour village walk in the morningand cultural tour. We will visit villages where the Red Dao and Hmong people live and introduce handicrafts such as embroidery depending on the acceptance situation.
After lunch, depart for Noi Bai Airport in the early afternoon. After taking a restroom break, the local Japanese speaking staff will guide you to the airport to see you off.

Hanoi Noi Bai Airport → Airports in Japan
We left Hanoi after 12pm and the date changed. On the return trip, the group will spend the night on the plane, and will disband after arriving at each airport in Japan on the same day.
This is the planned itinerary. Road distance and time are estimates based on selected route, traffic, and weather. The schedule will be adjusted according to the acceptance situation of the village and the flight schedule. Flight dates and times for each airport, transfer connections, in-flight meals and baggage conditions will be confirmed at the time of reservation, and a final itinerary will be provided.

On the second day, we will visit Lao Chai village (mainly Hmong people) and Tavan village (mainly Dhai and Hmong people), and on the third day we will visit Ta Huin village (Red Dao and Hmong people). Multiple ethnic groups live in one village, and their costumes and lifestyles vary depending on the people, region, and season.
The second day is a model course of about 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours and about 4 to 6 km, and the third day is about 1 hour and about 1.5 to 2 km. The elevation difference is expected to be approximately 100-150m in the morning and 50-100m in the afternoon on the second day, and approximately 30-80m on the third day. All estimates are estimates prior to on-site confirmation, and the implementation route will be provided to you before signing the contract. Breaks, tours, and ride times are not included in walking time.
This is a village walk with a difficulty level of "average". There are slopes, steps, and unpaved roads that can become slippery in rainy weather. Please bring comfortable, non-slip shoes, rain gear, a small backpack, and drinking water. It's also useful to have a jacket in case it's chilly or in the mornings and evenings. If you are concerned about walking, please contact us in advance.
The journey from Noi Bai Airport to the center of Sapa is approximately 290-320 km by road, approximately 5-6 hours, and approximately 6-7 hours including restroom breaks. Immigration procedures and baggage collection times are different. You will be transported by a local Japanese speaking staff and a vehicle exclusively for tour participants. You may arrive at the hotel late depending on road conditions and arriving flights.
Same price for Sapa Center Hotel or Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. Additional single room is 8,500 yen/person. Pistachio Hotel Sapa will charge an additional 20,000 yen/person for changes, and an additional 20,000 yen/person for single rooms. Both are basic 2 night stays. Since shared rooms are not possible, if you have an odd number of people, you will need to pay an additional fee for at least one single room.

A tour conductor will not accompany you. A local Japanese speaking staff will guide you from arrival at the airport to seeing you off. You can enjoy taking pictures of landscapes, but please get permission from the staff before taking pictures of people, inside houses, or handicrafts. We do not enter private land or fields without permission, and we respect the lives of residents when visiting them.
Airlines and hotels can be selected using the form. It is possible to extend the stay, and additional costs such as the cost of extending the stay and changing your return flight will be quoted separately. The basic plan is 2 nights at a hotel in Sapa and 1 night on the flight home. We will depart from Hanoi after midnight on the 4th day and arrive in Japan on the same day, so it will be 4 days and 2 nights. Flight dates, times, and baggage requirements will be informed at the time of reservation.
