DAY 01

Departing from Japan → Hanoi/Seafood dinner

Take a direct or connecting flight to Hanoi from Narita, Kansai, Chubu, or Fukuoka. After arriving at the airport, you will be greeted by a local representative and taken to the hotel with all tour participants. Enjoy seafood dishes for dinner.

DAY 02

World Heritage Halong Bay Cruise

After breakfast at the hotel, head to Halong Bay. Enjoy a cruise while admiring the strangely shaped islands, and enjoy a seafood meal for lunch. In the afternoon, return to Hanoi and enjoy Hanoi's famous dishes for dinner.

DAY 03

Tour around Hanoi city and old quarter

After breakfast at the hotel, go sightseeing in the city. Enjoy a stroll along the shores of Hoan Kiem Lake and a tour of the Temple of Literature. For lunch, enjoy authentic flavors such as banh mi. In the afternoon, we strolled around the old town and had Vietnamese-style Western food for dinner. In the evening, we will escort everyone on the tour to the airport.

Return to Japan on the morning of the 4th day

Departs from Vietnam from the night of the 3rd day to the early morning of the 4th day depending on the flight used, and returns to each airport in Japan on the morning of the 4th day. Meals and tours
The dishes shown are examples of the menu. The menu may change to the same type of dish depending on the season and stock availability. Please let us know of any allergies before applying. The exterior tour does not include entry into the building.

Dinner on the first day will be around 18:00. If it is a direct flight that arrives at the destination airport around 2:00 p.m., we will usually be able to guide you after completing immigration procedures, collecting your luggage, and transferring you to your hotel. If you are on a connecting flight and are unable to arrive in the evening, please contact us to confirm the flight and dinner start time before making your application. Return flights will generally depart from the evening of the 3rd day to early morning of the 4th day and arrive in the morning of the 4th day.If you have a connecting flight, the dinner time on the 3rd day will also need to be adjusted. If a change is necessary due to bad weather or closure, we will inform you of alternative content. If you extend your stay, the return date and transfer date will be adjusted, and additional sightseeing and lunch and dinner will not be included.

FLIGHTS & ARRIVAL

Dinner on the day of arrival and information on your return flight.

If your flight arrives at your destination around 2:00 p.m., we can usually offer dinner at 6:00 p.m. Connecting flights have different arrival times.

If you arrive at 14:00, it will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes to go through immigration and baggage collection, approximately 30 to 60 minutes to transfer to the hotel, and approximately 30 minutes to check in. Based on the plan, it is estimated that you will arrive at the hotel and complete the formalities around 16:00 to 17:00. This is an assumption that allows for leeway in arrangements, and may change depending on delays, immigration congestion, and traffic conditions.

There is a return flight that arrives in Japan between 6am and 9am. As some flights depart around 11:00 pm on the third day, the itinerary will be ``Departing at night on the 3rd day to early morning on the 4th day, arriving in the morning on the 4th day''. The same flight may not be available at all airports or on all departure dates.

PAYMENT & CONDITIONS

Regarding payment of reservation deposit and remaining balance.

Before applying, we will explain the travel conditions and provide you with a travel conditions document. No deposit is required at the current inquiry stage.

The application fee is 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, or 50,000 yen depending on the travel fee for one person.

Applies to adults, children, and infants. The application fee will be applied to part of the travel fee and is not an additional fee. If the departure date is within 22 days, the full amount of the confirmed tour fee will be transferred.

A travel contract will be concluded when Cronos International Co., Ltd. accepts your application and receives the application fee (or the full travel fee if departure is within 22 days). Cronos International Co., Ltd. will contact you to confirm the payment and the conclusion of the contract.

Application fee must be transferred within 3 days

The application fee for this course is 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, or 50,000 yen depending on the travel cost for 1 person for adults, children, and infants. Please make payment within 3 days from the day after the official reservation acceptance notification date. If the application fee is not received by the deadline, the application will be automatically canceled (the reservation will become invalid before the contract is established). The application amount and payment deadline for this course are subject to the terms and conditions of the official travel conditions. If the remaining balance is due 22 days before departure, please pay by that date, or if it is less than 22 days before departure, please pay the full amount of the trip at the time of official notification. How to check-in for boarding

When departing from Japan or returning to Japan, please complete boarding procedures at the check-in counter of your flight approximately 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare. If an earlier meeting time is specified during busy periods or in the final information, please follow that time.

1. Check the departure date, flight number, local time, and terminal used on the final itinerary/e-ticket. If your flight departs after midnight, you may head to the airport the night before.

2. Check the counter at the departure information display at the airport. For codeshare flights, please use the counter of the airline actually operating the flight.

3. Present the passports, reservation numbers or e-tickets, and any necessary visas for all people accompanying you (including infants). After weighing your baggage and checking in your baggage, please receive your boarding pass and baggage receipt.

4. After completing security and immigration inspections, please arrive at the boarding gate by the meeting time written on your boarding pass. Please check the information display at the airport for any changes to your boarding gate or departure time.

Even if you have already checked in online, please check the required travel documents and check in your checked baggage. The 2 hours before departure time is a guideline for this tour's procedure guide and is different from the airline's deadline. Please check the latest itinerary and operating airline information.

The application fee is 20,000 yen if the travel cost for one person is less than 150,000 yen, 30,000 yen for 150,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen, and 50,000 yen for 300,000 yen or more (maximum travel cost for each person). Please submit the application form and make payment within 3 days from the day after the notification of reservation acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days before departure (display deadline is 22 days before departure).
