Playing day.
A day to spend freely.
2 nights and 4 days, 2 nights in the hotel + 1 night on the plane. You can also extend your stay by staying overnight.
DAY01
From Japan to your golf destination.
Fly to Quy Nhon by plane from various parts of Japan. We will meet you at the arrival airport and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on the departure airport, airline, and course, connecting flights may be used.
Hotel stay/meal conditions will be informed at the time of quotation.
DAY02
One round on a master course.
Transfer from hotel to golf course. Enjoy playing 18 holes. We will basically arrange one cart for every two players and one caddy for each player. After finishing, go to the hotel.

DAY03
Enjoy a free day until departure.
After checking out, you are free to move around until you are transferred to the airport. Enjoy walking around town, shopping, eating, etc. at your own pace. We will see you off at the airport in time for your departure flight.
Sleeping on board/No room available after normal check-out
DAY04
Arrived at each airport in Japan.
Return to Japan by flight. The group will be disbanded after immigration and customs procedures. If the departure time is after midnight, the flight will be scheduled to depart before dawn on the 4th day, and the flight will arrive in Japan on the morning of the 4th day.
Arrival time and date depend on flight and connection conditions
Example: Depart on Friday → Play on Saturday → Free time on Sunday/Go to airport → Depart local area early Monday morning / Arrive in Japan on Monday morning. Even if you have a late night flight, you will usually be dropped off at the airport the night before. The schedule may be adjusted due to extended stays or flight changes.
We will provide a quote based on round trip airfare, 2 nights hotel stay, airport transfer, round trip golf course transfer, and 1 round of 18 holes. The price includes green fees for 18 holes, one caddy, and a shared cart for two people. The details of fuel and taxes, tips, meals, rental, additional transportation, and additional charges for single occupancy will be clearly stated in the official quotation. Late check-outs and extended stays require additional charges and room availability confirmation.

Frequently asked questions
Q01 Can beginners participate?
We will confirm and inform you of the playing conditions, handicap regulations, and progression standards of the FLC Quy Nhon/Mountain Course. Please let us know your experience and average score in the notes section.
Q02 How many people will have a cart and caddy?
We will arrange one cart for two players and one caddy for each player. If an odd number of people or a single person requests a cart, we will inform you of the handling, additional fees, and caddy tip in the official quotation.
Q03 Can I extend the stay/additional rounds?
If you wish to extend your stay, you can select the desired number of nights using the form. Please enter additional rounds in the notes section. We will check the availability of hotels, play slots, and flights, and inform you of the difference in price.
Q04 Can I change airline or seat class?
Please let us know your preferred airline such as Vietnam Airlines or VietJet Air and your seat class. We will make suggestions based on your flight route and connections. Also check the checked baggage conditions and fees for golf bags.
Q05 Can I change hotels or choose a single room?
Hotels can be selected from basic and high-level categories. 1 twin room for 2 people, 1 double room for 2 people, and a single room can be negotiated. We will provide you with an estimate of the difference in change fees, additional charges for a single room, and additional stay charges.
Q06 What day is my return flight after midnight?
Flights that head to the airport on the night of the third day and take off after midnight will depart early on the fourth day. The final guide will be based on the itinerary that arrives in Japan on the morning of the same fourth day, based on the local time of the flight used.
