Breakfast at Banh Mi Huynh Hoa Restaurant and enjoy Saigon’s famous traditional Banh Mi a crusty baguette that’s sliced in half (sometimes using a scissors) and stuffed with layers of pork, luncheon meats, shredded cured pork skin, pâté, mayonnaise, Vietnamese radish and carrot pickles, a handful of sliced cucumbers, sprigs of coriander (cilantro) and fresh pounded chillies

                    After Breakfast enjoy a market tour to source ingredients for use in your preparation for cooking class conducted at the famous

 “Saigon Cooking Class by famous chef Hoa Tuc.
