About this tour
Let's visit unexplored areas that until now required permission from the Vietnamese government and could not be visited by individuals!
They still lead a semi-subsistence lifestyle based on farming, gathering, and hunting, while enjoying the blessings of a rich forest and having their own traditional culture and language.
There are six villages in total that we can visit: Herb Village, Traditional Culture Village, Lifestyle Village, Nature Exploration Village, Family Experience Village, and Kathu Weaving Village.
We will visit a few of these villages, each with its own unique characteristics.
The Kathu people have a unique sense of art, wearing costumes made from beautiful traditional textiles such as navy blue and white beads, and the pillars of their meeting halls are adorned with stunning carvings.
About 2 hours by car from Da Nang, the largest city in central Vietnam, and about 2 and a half hours from Hoi An.

Arrived at the village. Traditional dance, nature trekking, village walks, interaction with villagers, etc.

Lunch is Kathu hospitality cuisine.
Lam: Sticky rice cooked in a bamboo tube, Zara, steamed eggplant, chicken, pork, etc. It is an essential seasoning for the Kathu people, and is very delicious because it is similar to Japanese pepper and is called forest pepper. It is a very valuable item collected from the forests deep in the mountains. Please give it a try.
After lunch, move to another village.

Tour ends. Return to Da Nang.
