About this tour
The region offers a uniquely beautiful natural landscape, with massive limestone walls, abundant granite outcrops, picturesque rice terraces stretching skyward, drooping valleys, and winding roads carved into the mountainsides.
The presence of local hill tribes, primarily the proud Black Hmong, adds an extra dimension of adventure to this already breathtaking experience. Stunning scenery and unique cultural encounters combine to make a visit to Ha Giang a once-in-a-lifetime 'must-do' on your Vietnam itinerary.
October is the season for buckwheat flowers to bloom in Ha Giang Province (the best time to see them is from October to November), and the pink buckwheat flowers blooming everywhere are a sight to behold.
