About this tour
The alms bowl is an early morning tradition in Luang Bavan. Every morning at sunrise, monks walk through the streets and residents offer food to the monks. You can experience that. Afterwards, we will tour the morning market filled with the enthusiasm of the locals.
Pak O Cave is a popular tourist destination in Laos, with more than 4,000 Buddha statues enshrined in a cave on a steep cliff along the Mekong River.
Laotian shochu is sold in the sake-producing village of San Hai, and is said to be delicious!
Another village, Sangkhon Village, which is known for its textile and paper making, sells cute accessories, so be sure to find some wonderful souvenirs.
Also, please enjoy plenty of city sightseeing around the main spots that you cannot miss when you come to Luang Prabang.
The majestic sunset seen from Phousi Hill is a perfect way to end the day.
