During busy seasons (year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon holidays, etc.), the tour pick-up location may be a designated hotel.

・Japanese guide will only provide transportation.
-Tour schedule may be changed or canceled depending on weather, traffic conditions, etc.
- Customers are responsible for managing their valuables and luggage.
- Even after the tour has departed, there may be rare cases where the cruise is suddenly unable to depart due to bad weather such as typhoons or fog. In that case, the operating company will listen to the customer's requests and provide optimal guidance. Please note that there are no refunds.

*Please note that an additional fee (15 USD x number of participants) will be charged for pick-up from hotels in the Cam Ranh area.
*Pickup from hotels in the Ninh Van Bay area and islands will be at the hotel's boat berth (pier or lounge) in Nha Trang City. Since you will be using the hotel's boat to get from the island to the land, please inquire about the timetable for the boat departing from the hotel.
