About this tour
Although Banteay Srei is small in scale, it is covered in intricate and deeply carved beautiful carvings, and is said to be the "treasure of Angkor art."
Banteay Srei, which means Women's Fort, is by far the most sophisticated and elegant of the Angkor ruins, with exterior walls made of red sandstone and laterite and a brick roof.
In particular, the beautiful statue of Devata, known as the "Oriental Mona Lisa", is a must-see.
We will also tour the Ben Melia ruins, which are rumored to have been the model for Castle in the Sky.
This ruin nestled in the jungle is blended with nature, so you can feel like exploring.
Take your time to enjoy both the mysterious Ben Melea ruins and the graceful Banteay Srei.
