PAYMENT & CONDITIONSRegarding payment of reservation deposit and remaining balance.
Before applying, we will explain the travel conditions and provide you with a travel conditions document. No deposit is required at the current inquiry stage.
The application fee is 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, or 50,000 yen depending on the travel fee for one person.
Applies to adults, children, and infants. The application fee will be applied to part of the travel fee and is not an additional fee. If the departure date is within 22 days, the full amount of the confirmed tour fee will be transferred.
A travel contract will be concluded when Cronos International Co., Ltd. accepts your application and receives the application fee (or the full travel fee if departure is within 22 days). Cronos International Co., Ltd. will contact you to confirm the payment and the conclusion of the contract.
Application fee must be transferred within 3 days
The application fee for this course is 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, or 50,000 yen depending on the travel cost for 1 person for adults, children, and infants. Please make payment within 3 days from the day after the official reservation acceptance notification date. If the application fee is not received by the deadline, the application will be automatically canceled (the reservation will become invalid before the contract is established). The starting date will be the date of receipt notification from the company, not the date on which the inquiry email is sent.
The application amount and payment deadline for this course are subject to the terms and conditions of the official travel conditions. If the remaining balance is due 22 days before departure, please pay by that date, or if it is less than 22 days before departure, please pay the full amount of the trip at the time of official notification. Cancellation fees after the contract is established will be in accordance with the travel terms and conditions.
Remaining balance due 22 days before departure date from Japan
After the company confirms the payment, we will manually send a thank you email. You will receive a manual email requesting the remaining balance approximately 7 days after payment is confirmed. If the payment deadline is near, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you apply 22 days before the departure date, the remaining balance is due on the same day. Merely filling out the form does not confirm payment or conclude a contract.

When canceling or changing a trip, the terms and conditions of the course provided by Kronos International Co., Ltd., which will be issued before application, and the conditions of the course will apply.

Cancellation fees and application period vary depending on the conditions of the flight ticket, cruise, etc., so please check the document you receive at the time of reservation.

When departing from Japan or returning to Japan, please complete boarding procedures at the check-in counter of your flight approximately 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare. If an earlier meeting time is specified during busy periods or in the final information, please follow that time.
1. Check the departure date, flight number, local time, and terminal used on the final itinerary/e-ticket. If your flight departs after midnight, you may head to the airport the night before.
2. Check the counter at the departure information display at the airport. For codeshare flights, please use the counter of the airline actually operating the flight.
3. Present the passports, reservation numbers or e-tickets, and any necessary visas for all people accompanying you (including infants). After weighing your baggage and checking in your baggage, please receive your boarding pass and baggage receipt.
4. After completing security and immigration inspections, please arrive at the boarding gate by the meeting time written on your boarding pass. Please check the information display at the airport for any changes to your boarding gate or departure time.
Even if you have already checked in online, please check the required travel documents and check in your checked baggage. The 2 hours before departure time is a guideline for this tour's procedure guide and is different from the airline's deadline. Please check the latest itinerary and operating airline information.
The application fee is 20,000 yen if the travel cost for one person is less than 150,000 yen, 30,000 yen for 150,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen, and 50,000 yen for 300,000 yen or more (maximum travel cost for each person). Please submit the application form and make payment within 3 days from the day after the notification of reservation acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days before departure (display deadline is 22 days before departure). For applications near departure, please pay the full amount by the deadline specified by the company before departure.
