DAY 01: ARRIVAL TO YANGON

Upon arrival to the YANGON airport, you will be welcomed by your Expeditions Myanmar English speaking stationguide and our journey begins with an afternoon tour through the colonial-style city center of Yangon. We visit the golden SULE PAYA

DAY 02: YANGON – BAGAN

After breakfast, transfer to airport for the flight to Nyaung U/Bagan.Visit to the NYAUNG U MARKET,Continue to the gold gilded SWEZIGON STUPA,and then KYANSITHA UMIN.Next visit GUBYAUKGYI as well as the ANANDA TEMPLE , DHAMAYANGYI TEMPLE then proceed to SULAMANI TEMPLE, BUPAYA and SHWESANDAW PAGODA to watch the sunset over the famous Ayeyarwaddy River.Meals included:

DAY 03: BAGAN – MANDALAY

After breakfast,transfer to airport for flight to MANDALAY.enjoy ZEGYO MARKET continue to the ARTISAN QUARTERS. Next, we proceed to M AHAMUNI PAGODA, the GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, and lastly, the KUTHODAW PAGODA, We end our day with sunset panoramic views over city skyline on MANDALAY HILL, the highest point of the city.

DAY 04: MANDALAY –AMARAPURA – AVA (INWA) – SAGAING

After breakfast, journey to the Ancient Kingdoms of Myanmar near Mandalay. Drive to beautiful ancient capital, AMARAPURA, famous for its textile industries. Continuing to the UBEINBRIDGE, a simple yet remarkable teak structure that spans 1,2km over Taungtaman Lake, Ubein Bridge, silhouetted by the setting sun, Then we transfer to AVA (INWA), visit the BAGAYA TEAK MONASTERY, the NANMYIN WATCH TOWER,and the MAHA AUNGMYE BONZAN MONASTERY,continue to the Ancient Kingdom of Sagaing,

DAY 05: MANDALAY – HEHO & RED MOUNTAIN ESTATE WINEYARD – INLE LAKE

Enjoy breakfast and then transfer to airport flight toHEHO, Visit the bustling main HEHO MARKET stop at a LOCAL FAMILY WORK SHOP Next, we take a 1-hour drive to Inle Lake visit the RED MOUNTAIN ESTATE to tour of the lush vineyard situated on the side of mountain, taste some of Myanmar’s premiere wines, afternoon explorations of INLE LAKE, Meals included:

DAY 06: INLE LAKE – INN THEIN

After breakfast journey by boat to reach the INN THEIN PAGODA COMPLEX We boat back to the lake and visit PHAUNGDAW OO PAGODA visit to the INPAWKHON WEAVING VILLAGE we stop at a house for BURMESE CATS built over the lake,Then NAMPAN VILLAGE, local craftsmen show us how Burmese cigars, or “cheroots,” are traditionally packed and rolled.Meals included:

DAY 07: INLE LAKE – YANGON

After breakfast, the morning is free for sightseeing on the Lake. We can make arrangements for a leisurely stroll to neighboring villages to observe local village life. Alternatively, we can make arrangements for a visit to Nyaung Shwe town to explore the quaint town or shop for local handicrafts. In the afternoon, we transfer to the Heho Airport for the domestic flight to YANGON.Upon arrival, we transfer to your hotel. The rest day is at your leisure time. Meals included:

DAY 08: YANGON – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, free at leisure until transfer to Yangon airport for your international departure flight. Meals included:

REMARKS
This tour is available from October to May. Travelling in Myanmar is essentially adventure travel. Road conditions vary greatly, communication, electricity supply and standard of lodging and local services are often not up to western standards. Travel times and schedules are subject to changes without prior notice. Expeditions Myanmar reserves the right to amend touring schedules and itinerary if needed before and while on tour.

DEPOSITS
Due to high demand and small number of rooms many of the hotels in Myanmar require up to 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee reservations. Our staff will advise the required amount on case by case basis to guarantee your booking.

Hotel Inya

· Within 15 Days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount due.

· Within 7 Days prior to arrival: 100% of total amount due.

BaganThande Hotel (1^st May 2014 ~ 30^th April 2015)

· 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of each cancelled room/night.

· 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of each cancelled room/night.

· 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of each cancelled room/night.

· 07 days prior to arrival: 100% of each cancelled room/night.

· This cancellation policy applies also when reducing the number of rooms or nights.

Mandalay City Hotel (1^st May 2014 ~ 30^th April 2015)

· After the confirmed date 20% deposit of the total confirmed room charges (deposit non-refundable).

· On failure to do so, the confirmation will be released automatically (Auto-release)

· 80% deposit in two month ahead before arrival date. (deposit non-refundable)

Inle Resort (1^st May 2014 ~ 30 April 2015)

· (31-15)days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total confirmed room charge

· (14 or Less)days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total confirmed room charges

Cancellation for less than 3 rooms: (FIT)

· Before 30 days (1 month): No charge.

· Less than 30 days: 50% of full payment will charge.

· Less than 14 days: 100% of full payment will charge.

Cancellation for more than 3 rooms: (GIT)

· Before 60 days (2 months): No charge.

· Less than 60 days: 1^st night deposit is non-refundable.

· Less than 45 days: 75% of full payment will charge.

· Less than 30 days: 100% of full payment will charge.

· Within 15-30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total reservations value will be charged.
