Japan → Ho Chi Minh transit → Bun Ma Thuot
From each airport in Japan to Ho Chi Minh. After completing immigration inspection, collecting checked baggage, and customs, proceed to the domestic terminal and complete boarding procedures. A local English-speaking guide will meet you at Bueng Ma Thuot Airport and take you to the hotel with all tour participants. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant based on your arrival time.
Coffee roasting factory/workshop / World Coffee Museum
After breakfast at the hotel, we went on a tour of the coffee roasting factory/workshop. Experience the charm of the coffee city through the processing and aroma of beans. We will inform you of the facilities to tour and the contents of the demonstration in advance, depending on the acceptance situation. Lunch is local highland cuisine. In the afternoon, visit the World Coffee Museum, then head to a city restaurant for dinner. Then return to your hotel.
Bueng Ma Thuot City → Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast at the hotel, check out. Enjoy a walk around the city, including Cai Doan Pagoda, and have a Vietnamese lunch at a city restaurant. After that, head to the airport according to your flight time and take a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you will be guided to your hotel with a local Japanese guide. Dinner will be served before your flight departs from Bun Ma Thuot or after your arrival in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mekong River Delta Day Cruise → Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast at the hotel, check out, leave your travel case, and head to the Mekong River Delta towards My Tho Ben Tre. Enjoy a day cruise and lunch of Mekong local cuisine including elephant ear fish. In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City, collect your luggage at the hotel, and head to the dinner venue. After dinner, I will head to the airport. Use of the room after returning is not included.
Ho Chi Minh → Japan
We departed from Ho Chi Minh City from the evening of the 4th day to the early morning of the 5th day, and arrived in Japan from early morning to morning of the 5th day. After arrival, the group will be disbanded. Some flights to Narita depart at 23:00 on the 4th day. Since available flights vary depending on the departure airport, day of the week, and airline, we will inform you of the flight number and time according to your desired date.
The time and order of visits may be adjusted depending on flight conditions, weather, reception conditions, etc. In-flight meals are not included in breakfast 3, lunch 3, and dinner 4. We will inform you of the tour destination and specific details before signing the contract.
On the first day, we transited to Ho Chi Minh City and headed to Buon Ma Thuot. A reference example of same-day arrival is a connection from Narita departure VN307 (09:30→14:10) to domestic flight VN1414 (18:10→19:10). This is a reference example of the winter time for 2026-2027, and does not guarantee the entire schedule from February to September 2027. We will also arrange flights departing from Kansai, Chubu, and Fukuoka according to your desired flight day and connection time.
In Ho Chi Minh, you will need to go through immigration → pick up your checked baggage → customs → move to the domestic terminal → re-check-in. The terminals used differ depending on the airline, and the connection conditions for separate tickets also differ. When using VietJet, we will check the flights by date that will allow you enough time to complete the procedures after arriving on your international flight.
Returned home from the night of the 4th day to the early hours of the 5th day. Vietjet flights to Narita may depart from 11pm. Settings for Chubu/Fukuoka flights vary depending on the airline and day of the week. A staff member will not accompany you during domestic flight transfers or airport transfers. Please complete boarding procedures approximately 2 hours before departure.

Bunmae Thuot is famous for dishes unique to the highlands, such as com lam (bamboo tube rice) and charcoal-grilled chicken. On the second day, you'll have local cuisine, on the third day you'll eat Vietnamese food, and on the fourth day, you'll have lunch where you can enjoy Mekong flavors such as elephant ear fish. Includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners. The dishes listed are just examples, and the actual menu will be announced at the time of announcement.
The World Coffee Museum opened in 2018. It features an architecture inspired by the longhouses of the Ede tribe and exhibits that touch on coffee culture. After learning about the background behind the drink, you can look forward to spending some time relaxing at a cafe in town.

After formal reservations are accepted, we will provide payment of 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, and 50,000 yen depending on the travel fee for each adult, child, or infant, mainly by VISA card payment. The remaining balance is due 22 days before departure from Japan, or the full amount if departure is within 22 days. After the company confirms the payment, we will create and manually send a thank you email and balance request email. Currently, we are accepting consultations, so no payment is required.
From the end of January, VISA card payments will be accepted. We will inform you about bank transfer before you start using the service.
