Angkor ruins course includes a round trip ticket from Saigon to Siem Reap for 35,000 yen/person. VJ/VN is your choice between Japan and Ho Chi Minh, and we will separately advise you on airlines suitable for connecting between cities.

For Dalat and Bueng Ma Thuot, English-speaking guides will guide you, and for other cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, you will be guided by Japanese-speaking staff listed on each course. A tour conductor will not accompany you. Air transportation and airport transfers in the basic course are the responsibility of the customer.
The 3-course combination of Hanoi, Da Nang, Saigon, and Luang Prabang includes 2 nights in the first city and 1 night in Hanoi. The Angkor ruins course is 2 nights in Siem Reap and 1 night in Ho Chi Minh. Ho Chi Minh & Da Nang course includes 1 night in Ho Chi Minh and 2 nights in Da Nang. Both are 5 days and 3 nights, 1 night on board, and are day cruises of the Mekong River Delta. The Bun Ma Thuot course is 2 nights in Bun Ma Thuot and 1 night in Ho Chi Minh.
Dinner on the first day will be served after 6:30 pm, and will be adjusted according to the arrival flight and travel time in the first city. We are assuming that you will return to Japan early in the morning, but we will inform you of the actual flight and time according to your departure date and airport before you apply.
In the form for each course, you can select the hotel, twin/double bed, airline, and extension stay for each destination. 3☆ is the same price for all hotels and departures from each airport in Japan. The difference in 5☆ changes will be calculated using the form. Additional options and available rooms/seats will be informed individually.
It is planned to include round-trip international air tickets for the basic itinerary, necessary domestic air tickets in Vietnam, 3 nights hotel, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners, sightseeing entrance fees, boarding fees, transportation and local guide during the itinerary (languages are listed in each course), and highway tolls. The basic travel fee includes fuel surcharge and various airport taxes. Meal drinks and personal expenses are not included.
Please wait for the official reservation acceptance information before making the payment. After sales start, we plan to pay 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, and 50,000 yen per person within 3 days from the day after the official reservation acceptance notification date, and the remaining balance will be paid by VISA card by 22 days before departure. Applicable to adults, children, and infants, applications made within 22 days of departure will be charged the full amount. Before signing the contract, we will provide you with the travel conditions, cancellation policy, and payment terms for this course.
From the end of January, VISA card payments will be accepted. We will inform you about bank transfer before you start using the service. The application fee is20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, 50,000 yen depending on the travel fee for each adult, child, and infant.. The remaining amount will be refunded within 3 days from the day after the official notification of reservation acceptance.Until 22 days before departure date. Please pay the remaining balance by the due date if it comes first, or in full if it is less than 22 days before departure.
A travel contract will be concluded when Cronos International Co., Ltd. accepts your application and receives the required application fee. If the payment deadline has passed, any reservations made before the contract is concluded will be invalidated. The person in charge will inform you about payment confirmation and reservation status.
The person in charge will send you an email thanking you for your payment and requesting the remaining balance. The application fee will be applied to the travel fee and will not be used as the upper limit for cancellation fees.
Before making a formal application, we will explain the fees, flights, hotels, cancellation policy, and travel conditions, and provide you with the travel conditions and payment conditions for this course. If your travel dates overlap with Japanese and local holidays, please contact us before making your reservation. Travel fees may be higher during Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays, etc. We will inform you of the applicable date and total amount before signing the contract.
The application fee is 20,000 yen if the travel cost for one person is less than 150,000 yen, 30,000 yen for 150,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen, and 50,000 yen for 300,000 yen or more (maximum travel cost for each person). Please submit the application form and make payment within 3 days from the day after the notification of reservation acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days before departure (display deadline is 22 days before departure). For applications near departure, please pay the full amount by the deadline specified by the company before departure.
From the end of January, we will mainly accept VISA card payments.
From the end of January, you can pay the application fee and remaining balance using a VISA card. We will guide you through bank transfer for payment before you start using the service. After informing you of the official amount and deadline, our representative will send you a dedicated payment link via email.
