Saigon is the name of Ho Chi Minh City. International flights arrive in Saigon and depart from Hanoi. Domestic flight tickets from Saigon to Hanoi are included in the travel price. No tour guide accompanying / Local Japanese language staff. You can extend your stay, change hotels, or change airlines.
Basic rate per person for 3 nights and 5 days, 2 adults occupying 1 room. If you are using a 3☆ hotel in both Saigon and Hanoi.
The above price includes the domestic flight from Saigon to Hanoi of 20,000 yen/person.
Includes fuel surcharge and airport taxes. There are no additional fees depending on the departure airport in Japan. 3☆Hotels have the same price for all 3 hotels in each city. 5☆ will add the difference depending on the selected hotel.
If the travel date falls on a Japanese/local holiday, Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays, etc., a separate estimate will be provided. Additional stays, single rooms, children, infants, etc. will be provided individually.
2 nights in Saigon, 1 night in Hanoi. It's a 5-day tour, with one more night on the plane. All times are local times.
Japan → Saigon
From each airport in Japan to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh). Upon arrival, a local Japanese speaking representative will welcome you and guide you to the hotel. We aim to have dinner after 6:30 pm, and we will take you to a restaurant in the city according to your arrival flight and travel time to the hotel.
Mekong River Delta
After breakfast at the hotel, depart around 09:00. We will take you on a Mekong River Delta cruise. Enjoy the flowing river and the lush waterside scenery, and enjoy Mekong local cuisine such as elephant ear fish for lunch. After sightseeing, return to Saigon, have dinner at a restaurant in the city, and then transfer to your hotel. This is a full day sightseeing trip.
Saigon → Hanoi
After breakfast at the hotel, take the morning domestic flight from Saigon to Hanoi. Upon arrival, we will take you to your hotel and leave your luggage with us before check-in time. For lunch, go to a restaurant in Hanoi. Stroll through the Old Quarter in the afternoon and enjoy Hanoi's local cuisine for dinner. After dinner, go to the hotel. We will arrange a flight that allows you to have breakfast time.
World Heritage Halong Bay
After breakfast at the hotel, check out, leave your travel case, and head to Ha Long Bay, a world heritage site. Enjoy a day cruise and seafood lunch before returning to Hanoi in the afternoon. After picking up my travel case at the hotel, I headed to the dinner venue. After the meal, we will transfer you to the airport. Does not include use of the room upon return to the hotel.
Hanoi → Japan
Departed from Hanoi on a flight with a changed date after midnight. The group will arrive at various airports in Japan early in the morning on the same day and then disband. The actual return time will be determined by the departure airport and available flights on the departure date, and will be informed to you prior to application.
The time and order of visits may be adjusted depending on flight, traffic, weather, etc. Confirmed dates, flights, and service details will be announced before signing the contract and in the final itinerary. We will explain alternative details and settlements in the event of ship service cancellation in accordance with the applicable travel conditions. In-flight meals are not included in the number of meals listed above.

A Japanese staff member will be in charge of transportation and sightseeing. Upon arrival in Saigon, please go through immigration, check-in baggage collection, and customs before proceeding to the arrival lobby. On the third day, Saigon → Hanoi is a domestic flight. We will guide you through the boarding procedures at the airport in advance, and upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be greeted by a local representative. No personnel will accompany you during air travel.
When departing from Japan and returning to Japan, please complete boarding procedures approximately 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time during busy periods.
The basic travel fee is as above. We will inform you of the scheduled departure date, flight used, and cabin conditions at the time of consultation. Child/infant fees, baggage requirements, and additional charges for 1 person will also be confirmed before signing the contract.
Cruise along the lush Mekong River Delta in the south, and head to Halong Bay, a world heritage site with strangely shaped rocks, in the north. Enjoy different waterways and scenery in one trip. Take the time to relax and enjoy the view from the boat as a memory of your trip.
The first two nights were in Saigon. On the third day, you will take a domestic flight to Hanoi in the morning and enjoy a walk around the Old Quarter in the afternoon. Travel from the south to the north by combining a flight arriving in Saigon and departing from Hanoi with a domestic flight between cities.
On the 2nd day, we will serve Mekong local cuisine such as elephant ear fish, on the 3rd day we will have Hanoi local cuisine for dinner, and on the 4th day we will have a seafood lunch in Ha Long Bay. Includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners at the hotel, allowing you to enjoy the special features of the North and South during mealtimes.
After arriving at the airport, our local Japanese staff will guide you regarding transportation and sightseeing in each area. A tour conductor will not accompany you, and no staff will accompany you during your flight. The person in charge of each city will work together to help you with dinner on the first day according to your arrival flight and transportation to the airport before returning home.
We have 3 hotels each with 3 and 5 stars in both cities. 3☆ is the same price at any hotel or departure airport in Japan. The 5☆ change difference will be reflected in the form. Please let us know your bed type, single room, and request for an extended stay.
3 nights in a hotel, 2 nights in Saigon and 1 night in Hanoi. On the fourth day, check out in the morning and head to Halong Bay. After returning to Hanoi, collect your luggage at the hotel, have dinner, and head to the airport. You will not stay at a hotel on the 4th night, but will spend the night on the plane returning home on a late night flight on the 5th day.
Dinner on the first day will be served after 6:30 pm, and will be adjusted according to the Saigon arrival flight and travel time. This itinerary assumes a return trip in the morning, but available flights may change depending on departure airport, date, and flight status. We will inform you of the actual flight number, local time, and meal times before you apply.
In the form, you can select hotels in Saigon and Hanoi, twin/double beds, airlines, and extension stay. 3☆ All hotels and departures from each airport in Japan will be charged the same price. 5☆ When changing, the difference will be automatically calculated. The application fee is20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, 50,000 yen depending on the travel fee for each adult, child, and infant.. The remaining amount will be refunded within 3 days from the day after the official notification of reservation acceptance.Until 22 days before departure date. Please pay the remaining balance by the due date if it comes first, or in full if it is less than 22 days before departure.
A travel contract will be concluded when Cronos International Co., Ltd. accepts your application and receives the required application fee. If the payment deadline has passed, any reservations made before the contract is concluded will be invalidated. The person in charge will inform you about payment confirmation and reservation status.
The person in charge will send you an email thanking you for your payment and requesting the remaining balance. The application fee will be applied to the travel fee and will not be used as the upper limit for cancellation fees.

The application fee is 20,000 yen if the travel cost for one person is less than 150,000 yen, 30,000 yen for 150,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen, and 50,000 yen for 300,000 yen or more (maximum travel cost for each person). Please submit the application form and make payment within 3 days from the day after the notification of reservation acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days before departure (display deadline is 22 days before departure). For applications near departure, please pay the full amount by the deadline specified by the company before departure.
