The entire itinerary is a two-city tour in Vietnam. A tour conductor will not accompany you. You can extend your stay, change hotels, or change airlines.
Basic rate per person for 3 nights and 5 days, 2 adults occupying 1 room. If you are staying at a 3☆ hotel in Danang or Hanoi.
Includes fuel surcharge and airport taxes. There are no additional fees depending on the departure airport in Japan. 3☆Hotels have the same price for all 3 hotels in each city. 5☆ will add the difference depending on the selected hotel.
If the travel date falls on a Japanese/local holiday, Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays, etc., a separate estimate will be provided. Additional stays, single rooms, children, infants, etc. will be provided individually.
2 nights in Da Nang and 1 night in Hanoi. It's a 5-day tour, with one more night on the plane. All times are local times.
Japan → Da Nang
From each airport in Japan, transfer in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and head to Da Nang. We will inform you about flights that are assumed to arrive on the same day. A local Japanese staff will pick you up at Da Nang Airport and take you to the hotel. Dinner will be served after 6:30 pm, and we will take you to a restaurant in the city according to your arrival time and transportation.
My Son Hoi An
After breakfast at the hotel, depart around 09:00. Visit the My Son ruins, a World Heritage site, and enjoy a boat ride down the river around Hoi An. Lunch is Hoi An local cuisine such as white rose. Stroll around Hoi An, a world heritage site, have dinner at a restaurant in the city, and then return to your hotel in Da Nang. Sightseeing is planned for the whole day.
Da Nang → Hanoi
After breakfast at the hotel, take the morning flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, we will guide you to your hotel. Before check-in time, leave your luggage and have lunch at a restaurant in Hanoi. In the afternoon, stroll around the old town. Dinner is Hanoi's local cuisine. After the meal, you will be transferred to your hotel. We will arrange a flight that allows you to have breakfast time.
World Heritage Halong Bay
After breakfast at the hotel, check out, leave your travel case, and head to Halong Bay. Enjoy a day cruise and seafood lunch before returning to Hanoi in the afternoon. After picking up my travel case at the hotel, I headed to the dinner venue. After the meal, we will transfer you to the airport. Does not include use of the room upon return to the hotel.
Hanoi → Japan
Departed from Hanoi on a flight with a changed date after midnight. The group will arrive at various airports in Japan early in the morning on the same day and then disband. The actual return time will be determined by the departure airport and available flights on the departure date, and will be informed to you prior to application.
The time and order of visits may be adjusted depending on flight, traffic, weather, etc. Confirmed dates, flights, and service details will be announced before signing the contract and in the final itinerary. We will explain alternative details and settlements in the event of ship service cancellation in accordance with the applicable travel conditions. In-flight meals are not included in the number of meals listed above.

A Japanese staff member will be in charge of transportation and sightseeing. No attendant will accompany you on intercity air travel. At the connecting airport, please go through immigration, collect your checked baggage, go through customs, transfer to your domestic flight, and check-in. We will provide you with advance information on procedures for handling airline tickets and baggage.
When departing from Japan and returning to Japan, please complete boarding procedures approximately 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time during busy periods.
The basic travel fee is as above. We will inform you of the scheduled departure date, flight used, and cabin conditions at the time of consultation. Child/infant fees, baggage requirements, and additional charges for 1 person will also be confirmed before signing the contract.
The red bricks of My Son ruins, the old townscape of Hoi An, and the strange rocks that line Ha Long Bay. We will visit world heritage sites with different expressions in 5 days. This is a rich excursion where you can enjoy the history of the central region and the nature of the northern region in one trip.
We stayed in Da Nang for the first two nights and went sightseeing in the central region. On the third day, fly to Hanoi and explore the shops and alleys of the Old Quarter. We combined a day of travel and a day of consecutive overnight stays to give us time to experience the atmosphere of each city.
We plan to have local cuisine such as white roses in Hoi An, local specialties in Hanoi, and seafood lunch in Halong Bay. In addition to 3 breakfasts at the hotel, we will provide 3 lunches and 4 dinners. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
A tour conductor will not accompany you, but a local Japanese staff member will guide you from the arrival airport to transportation and sightseeing in various locations. The staff may change depending on the city. You will be responsible for air travel and transfer procedures from Japan, and will be informed of the process in advance boarding information.

3 nights in a hotel, 2 nights in Da Nang and 1 night in Hanoi. On the fourth day, check out in the morning and head to Halong Bay. After returning to Hanoi, collect your luggage at the hotel, have dinner, and head to the airport. You will not stay at a hotel on the 4th night, but will spend the night on the plane returning home on a late night flight on the 5th day.
Dinner on the first day will be served after 6:30 pm, and will be adjusted according to the arrival flight and travel time in Da Nang. This itinerary assumes a return trip in the morning, but available flights may change depending on departure airport, date, and flight status. We will inform you of the actual flight number, local time, and meal times before you apply.
In the form, you can select hotels in Da Nang and Hanoi, twin/double beds, airlines, and extension stay. We will inform you of additional charges and available rooms/seats when you answer. We will accept your request for bed type, and will let you know whether we can guarantee it or not before you apply.
It is planned to include round-trip international air tickets for the basic itinerary, necessary domestic air tickets in Vietnam, 3 nights in a hotel, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners, sightseeing entrance fees, boarding fees, transportation and Japanese speaking staff during the itinerary, and highway tolls. The basic travel fee includes fuel surcharge and various airport taxes. Meal drinks and personal expenses are not included.
Please wait for the official reservation acceptance information before making the payment. After sales start, we plan to pay 20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, and 50,000 yen per person within 3 days from the day after the official reservation acceptance notification date, and the remaining balance will be paid by VISA card by 22 days before departure. Applicable to adults, children, and infants, applications made within 22 days of departure will be charged the full amount. Before signing the contract, we will provide you with the travel conditions, cancellation policy, and payment terms for this course.
From the end of January, VISA card payments will be accepted. We will inform you about bank transfer before you start using the service. The application fee is20,000 yen, 30,000 yen, 50,000 yen depending on the travel fee for each adult, child, and infant.. The remaining amount will be refunded within 3 days from the day after the official notification of reservation acceptance.Until 22 days before departure date. Please pay the remaining balance by the due date if it comes first, or in full if it is less than 22 days before departure.
A travel contract will be concluded when Cronos International Co., Ltd. accepts your application and receives the required application fee. If the payment deadline has passed, any reservations made before the contract is concluded will be invalidated. The person in charge will inform you about payment confirmation and reservation status.
The person in charge will send you an email thanking you for your payment and requesting the remaining balance. The application fee will be applied to the travel fee and will not be used as the upper limit for cancellation fees.

The application fee is 20,000 yen if the travel cost for one person is less than 150,000 yen, 30,000 yen for 150,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen, and 50,000 yen for 300,000 yen or more (maximum travel cost for each person). Please submit the application form and make payment within 3 days from the day after the notification of reservation acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days before departure (display deadline is 22 days before departure). For applications near departure, please pay the full amount by the deadline specified by the company before departure.
