If the travel date falls on a Japanese/local holiday, Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays, etc., a separate estimate will be provided. Additional stays, single rooms, children, infants, etc. will be provided individually.
2 nights in Luang Prabang and 1 night in Hanoi. It's a 5-day tour, with one more night on the plane. All times are local times.
Japan → Hanoi → Luang Prabang
From each airport in Japan to Luang Prabang via Hanoi. A local Japanese speaking representative will meet you at the arrival lobby and guide you to the hotel. For dinner, head to a restaurant in the city to coincide with your arrival flight, immigration procedures, and transfer to your hotel. If you have a connecting flight after the evening, dinner will be served later.
Alms, Morning Market, Pak O Cave, Kuang Si Waterfall
Early in the morning, visit the almshouse and morning market, then have breakfast at the hotel. To visit Pak O Cave, drive to a nearby village and then take a ferry. After lunch at a restaurant in the city, proceed to Kuang Si Waterfall. In the evening, return to the city and stroll through the night market. Enjoy dinner at a city restaurant. This is a full-day sightseeing tour that involves transportation. The sightseeing order will be adjusted according to local conditions.
Luang Prabang → Hanoi
After breakfast at the hotel, free time until departure. Please vacate your room before the regular check-out time and enjoy lunch at a city restaurant. Take an evening flight from Luang Prabang to Hanoi. Upon arrival, we will head to the hotel with a local Japanese speaking representative and guide you through a dinner of Hanoi's local cuisine. The order and length of your stay in the old town will be adjusted depending on your arrival time in the evening, before or after dinner. If you arrive late, we will inform you of the changes before you apply, along with the flight you will use. After dinner, go to the hotel.
World Heritage Halong Bay
After breakfast at the hotel, check out, leave your travel case, and head to Ha Long Bay, a world heritage site. Enjoy a day cruise and seafood lunch before returning to Hanoi in the afternoon. After picking up my travel case at the hotel, I headed to the dinner venue. After the meal, we will transfer you to the airport. Does not include use of the room upon return to the hotel.
Hanoi → Japan
Departed from Hanoi on a flight with a changed date after midnight. The group will arrive at various airports in Japan early in the morning on the same day and then disband. The actual return time will be determined by the departure airport and available flights on the departure date, and will be informed to you prior to application.
The time and order of visits may be adjusted depending on flight, traffic, weather, etc. Confirmed dates, flights, and service details will be announced before signing the contract and in the final itinerary. We will explain alternative details and settlements in the event of ship service cancellation in accordance with the applicable travel conditions. In-flight meals are not included in the number of meals listed above.
Regarding flight operations: According to Lao Airlines' published winter timetable (October 25, 2026 to March 27, 2027), QV313 departs from Luang Prabang at 16:55 and arrives at Hanoi at 18:05 (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday), and at 17:25 and arrives at 18:35 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). Local Japanese language staff will guide you throughout Laos and Vietnam. Hanoi to Luang Prabang is an international flight. Transfer procedures and handling of checked baggage will differ depending on the ticket combination, so we will inform you in advance. At your destination, go through immigration, check-in baggage collection, and customs before proceeding to the arrival lobby. On the third day, you will be picked up by a staff member after completing Vietnam immigration procedures in Hanoi. There will be no attendant accompanying you during the flight.
When departing from Japan and returning to Japan, please complete boarding procedures approximately 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time during busy periods.

Stay in Luang Prabang for two consecutive nights and enjoy the morning life and the nature of the suburbs.On the third day, take an evening flight to Hanoi. Visit two countries with 3 nights in a hotel and 1 night on the plane. Japanese speaking staff at each location will assist you with your journey once you arrive.
Visit the alms bowl in the morning and go to the market where ingredients are lined up. Experience the time of a city that values faith and lifestyle. When visiting, please maintain your distance so as not to interfere with the monks or locals, and follow the guidance of the local staff.
Visit a waterfall surrounded by trees and a cave along the Mekong River on the same day. Travel to the cave is coordinated by combining a car and a short ferry. Please wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking on stairs and on uneven terrain.
The day after staying in Hanoi for one night, we took a day trip through Ha Long Bay, which is surrounded by strangely shaped rocks. Lunch is a seafood dish. In the morning, we returned to the hotel where we checked out, collected our luggage, and headed for our return flight after dinner.

A travel contract will be concluded when Cronos International Co., Ltd. accepts your application and receives the required application fee. If the payment deadline has passed, any reservations made before the contract is concluded will be invalidated. The person in charge will inform you about payment confirmation and reservation status.
The person in charge will send you an email thanking you for your payment and requesting the remaining balance. The application fee will be applied to the travel fee and will not be used as the upper limit for cancellation fees.

The application fee is 20,000 yen if the travel cost for one person is less than 150,000 yen, 30,000 yen for 150,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen, and 50,000 yen for 300,000 yen or more (maximum travel cost for each person). Please submit the application form and make payment within 3 days from the day after the notification of reservation acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days before departure (display deadline is 22 days before departure). For applications near departure, please pay the full amount by the deadline specified by the company before departure.
